From March 23 to 26, Barcelona hosts Alimentaria 2026, one of the most important international trade fairs for food, beverages, gastronomy and catering equipment in the world, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary. And, as it could not be otherwise, Palacios Alimentación will be present with its most innovative solutions and its classic products: omelettes, chorizo, pizzas, ready meals and pastries.

Palacios Alimentación will be present at Gulfood 2026, the most important food fair in the Middle East, taking place from January 26 to 30 at Dubai Expo City.

The Palacios Group is delighted to announce that we shall be taking part in the upcoming PLMA Fair, the most important private-label event in Europe. The fair will take place on 28 and 29 May at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Next 7th-11th October, Palacios Alimentación Group (leader in the production of chorizo, pizzas, omelettes, ready meals and pastry, both frozen and chilled), will be present at the fair ANUGA in Cologne, Germany.

The Palacios Alimentación Group has climbed the Iberinform ranking, which establishes the 5,000 Spanish companies with the largest turnover.

From 3rd to 5th June, the Alimentaria México was held, the international food and drink exhibition organised by Alimentaria Exhibitions and EJ Krause. The Palacios Alimentación Group was one of the Spanish companies that attended in order to consolidate its activities in the country and gain access to the Central American market, one of the most important destinations of Spanish food exports.

Palacios Alimentación has signed a strategic alliance with FINDUS.

Under this alliance, each company will specialise in what they do best. FINDUS takes over sales management for the frozen pizza business that will be a roaring success thanks to its brand recognised throughout the world of frozen food. Palacios will take charge of industrial business management in its Azuqueca de Henares factory (Guadalajara).

DELIDOR, belonging to the PALACIOS ALIMENTACIÓN GROUP, has signed an agreement with INDUSTRIAS GRANDERROBLE to merge their common businesses and consolidate as the largest Spanish Industrial Dessert group.

Combining these two companies turns the resulting firm into the leader and benchmark in Spain for the confectionary and dessert business, combining over 40 years’ know-how and experience from INDUSTRIAS GRANDERROBLE and DELIDOR's industrial development capacity and market knowledge.

ALINACO, leader of the Spanish Frozen Omelette market, has joined the PALACIOS GROUP by means of an agreement that will unify both companies’ omelette business and move forward in building a benchmark Spanish group in the ready meal sector.

Palacios Alimentación is working with the Spanish Food Bank Federation against wasting food in a project coordinated by AECOC

The Food Bank will hand over more than 800 tonnes of products to be distributed to 17,000 persons.
