Potato omelette with peppers 500g

Remove the packaging and spread oil over the omelette before heating.
MICROWAVE: cover the omelette with the microwave lid and heat at max power for 3 minutes.
FRYING PAN: take the omelette out of its packaging and put it in the frying pan, covering it for 2 minutes either side on a low heat.
